why does everything have to change? is it good or bad?

time goes on and the earth continues to spin. noone can influence that. it is important what we CAN influence and CHANGE.
but what about the changes that just happen and that we cannot influence? are we supposed to just let it happen or is it still our task to try to do something. some things seem to be so set and i can just look at them like an outsider. i can only try to live with it and make the best out of it. i guess it´s "just" natural. everyone is changing. life goes on and we also move on. but sometimes it´s so hard to deal with it. i get used to my conditions and then suddenly things and situations are changing again. people leave, choose to go on or go another way. they WANT to change their lives. of course it´s exciting. but perhaps it´s just necessary. and then, if you want it or not, and if you are ready or not you have to accept a new chapter to begin.

dealing with changes means new experiences. they can be good or bad. however, you can learn from either one. and that is most important. so, if you learn to understand or at least accept the change you are ready to change (something) yourself. that could be your own path, your way of thinking, your thoughts, your thoughts about others, your view on the future, your attitude.
so, no matter whether the change takes places passively or actively, one should always learn from it and grow on it. that´s not easy, but very important to not be afraid. at last one has to be able to confidently rely on oneself..

make the best out of it and live the very moment, enjoy life and think postive, and you will be able to enjoy change as something positve that creates new opportunities. use them and life will be an ongoing adventure.
